Job description
The working hours are divided into two shifts: 7:00–15:30 and 10:30–19:00. Provide professional support in German and English via phone, chat, and email Answer employee questions related to HR topics such as payroll, benefits, leaves, and employment status Ensure timely and accurate case handling with a strong focus on employee experience Suggest improvements in processes and documentation Work in collaboration with team members from across Europe Participate in a rotating shift schedule (including weekends and public holidays)
